Wallet Responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses. Funds sent to incorrect addresses due to user error cannot be recovered by us.

Disputes: In case of disagreement, our Staff will attempt to mediate based on provided evidence. We reserve the right to make a final decision if no resolution is reached.
