Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Supported Transactions
We facilitate escrow services exclusively for cryptocurrency transactions including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC). We reserve the right to add or remove supported cryptocurrencies at our discretion.
2. Service Fee
Our service is currently free as part of our launch phase. Future fees, if introduced, will be clearly communicated to all users in advance. Any applicable fees will be transparently disclosed before transactions are initiated.
3. Cryptocurrency Value & Fees
We are not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value or any network/gas fees incurred during transactions. Users acknowledge the inherent volatility of cryptocurrency markets and accept all risks associated with value changes during the escrow period.
4. Prohibited Activities
We do not support illegal transactions, including but not limited to fraud, stolen goods, or illicit activities. Any suspected violation may result in immediate cancellation of the deal, potential reporting to authorities, and permanent ban from our service.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses. Funds sent to incorrect addresses due to user error cannot be recovered by InstantMM. Users must verify all transaction details before confirmation.
6. Transaction Process
Funds are released only after both parties confirm satisfaction with the deal. Neither party can unilaterally force the release of funds without mutual agreement or dispute resolution by our staff.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreement, our Staff will attempt to mediate based on provided evidence. We reserve the right to make a final decision if no resolution is reached between parties. Our decisions in disputes are final and binding.
8. Limitation of Liability
InstantMM is not liable for losses due to external factors (e.g., account bans, hacks, or scams outside our platform). Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in dispute.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
