What is InstantMM?

InstantMM is an automated escrow service that acts as a trusted middleman for cryptocurrency transactions. It ensures safe and fair deals between buyers and sellers using Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Litecoin.

How does InstantMM work?

You create a ticket by messaging @CryptoMMAdmin /create or by clicking the button on @InstantMM, invite the other party, agree on terms, and let the bot handle the escrow process. The funds are held securely until both sides confirm the deal is complete.

What cryptocurrencies do you support?

We currently support Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC). We plan to add more cryptocurrencies in the future.

Is InstantMM free to use?

Yes! Our service is currently free during our launch phase. We may introduce fees in the future, but we'll notify all users well in advance.

How secure is InstantMM?

Very secure. We use industry-standard security measures to protect all transactions. Funds are held in secure escrow wallets, and our automated system eliminates risks associated with human handling of funds.

What happens if there's a dispute?

If there's a disagreement between parties, our team will review the chat history and any provided evidence. We'll mediate the dispute fairly and make a final decision if necessary.

Can I cancel a transaction?

Transactions can be canceled if both parties agree. However, once funds are in escrow, they can only be returned to the buyer with mutual consent or through the dispute resolution process.

What if I send funds to the wrong address?

Always double-check wallet addresses! Unfortunately, we cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses due to user error. Our system provides clear instructions to minimize such risks.
